The guesthouse was completely reconstructed last year 2005, maximum accommodation capacity is 16 persons, 20 persons with extra beds. Accommodation capacity consists of 5 rooms (2 four bedded rooms, 2 three bedded rooms, and 1 double room). The rooms are split into two parts (A – 2 rooms, B – 3 rooms). Each part has a private bathroom and a toilet. Each part also has a kitchen, which is fully equipped with a kitchen line, sink and hot water, dishes and plates, microwave oven, electric stove, kettle and fridge with a freezer.
The accommodation price does not include breakfast.
The rooms have a separate entrance from the back of the building, where you can also park. This entrance is wholly separated from the shopping area on the ground floor and it can be used 24 hours a day. The entrance to the accommodation area, including the car park is monitored by a camera.

The guest house is located in the Novohradská street, not far from the downtown of České Budějovice (approx. 15 minutes walk, 5 minutes drive)
Facilities:
We provide our guests with a complete possibility of car or van parking right in the guest house area – reserved parking.
